I'm evaluating an offer for a PM level 7 at #Google. They mention annual stock refreshers but the recruitment teams don't know what they tend to be (they don't even know if they're based on a % of base salary). Can anyone at Google shed any light on it?
Since this would factor into the TC I figured it's pretty important to know before accepting an offer.
Thanks!
