Need help from someone at Amazon

I am in the process of applying for Amazon's new grad 2020 SDE. I received OA1 on August 26th and took it the next day. I received my OA2 link shortly after and attempted to take it on September 2, but I was shown a screen that said I had already completed or submitted my test. This was the very first time that I had clicked the OA2 link, so I am confident that I did not already complete it. I sent an email to the Amazon recruiting address included with the OA links, but have not heard back. The Aspiring Minds (test platform) support were not helpful, they kept repeating that my test had timed out and could not explain how it had timed out when I had never opened it before. I only have three more days to complete OA2 and OA3, and I am still receiving Amazon emails reminding me to complete OA2. Can anyone put me in touch with one of the recruiters responsible for the online assessments?
