Feels like more and more companies are bringing dogs into the office. I know a few people who are mild to severe allergic who are struggling a lot. One of my friend got an offer from Lyft, but he couldn't accept it because he can't breath around dogs. Lyft told him to take meds and that there is nothing they can do even though he can die...even after saying meds do not help much...He also got something similiar from Pinterest
It does not feel right that a whole group of people cannot work at a place due to a health issue out of their control. Their job opportunities are limited due to a benefit. Why it unreasonable to just keep the dogs at home? Is this another example of people doing things without thinking about the harm it can cause?

a) there's a major incident and they get sued,
b) they feel this is discrimination due to a disability and they get sued,
or
c) they realize they're losing out on talent.
No matter how the alphabet goes, you're looking at a high probability of lawsuit.
