Got an offer at Amazon and was wondering what people thought about WLB vs hustling for a 22 year old.
HubSpot's WLB is great, there's practically no PIP, but I don't feel challenged.
Amazon's WLB is garbage (from the looks of it), but I will probably work my ass off.
Am I going to regret leaving HubSpot for Amazon?
Current TC - 140k (the ceiling is much lower and the titles are inflated)
Amazon TC - 160k
