I finished my onsite for an ML position at Youtube a few weeks ago. Today, the recruiter told me that the interview feedbacks are mixed and she will connect me to some hiring managers before my packet is sent to the Hiring Committee again. Should I be more proactive by reaching out to the hiring managers on LinkedIn or only talk with the managers the recruiter will connect me with? Since the recruiter is from Youtube, is it wise to ask for or reach out to the managers from other orgs within Google? I heard that teams from Google Cloud AI platform are hiring. TC: ~200k, YOE: 5.5
