Offer from big hedge fund company, but not Algo

I got an offer from one of the big hedge fund trading company as a fullstack developer which I'll be developing internal tools.

Is this less prestigious than Algo? (I feel like so)

Feels like I would be going to Harvard and graduating with gender studies.

Even TC feels like less compared with Algo engineers.

TC 165k + paper money
