Need some advice on buying a house for investment.
Want to get an old one and spend some time and money to renevate it.
Is it worth it?
Where in Bay Area is a good place to do this? I was thinking about East Palo Alto.

American oligarchs need to meet their trillionaire fantasies. This is not going to be the big kondratieff winter you fantasize about, check again in 2030s.
