TC: Around 82L
Base: 68L
Variable: 8L
LTI: 24L/4yrs
and no stock.
I feel this is a very low offer compared to current TC. Is this the normal range they offer or is there a scope for negotiation? Does Arcesium give associate director role for new hires?
Also please suggest any good startups or companies in this TC range.
