Is this a real offer? Seems like the same user from Snap has been posting identical numbers over the last few weeks.

Yeah looks like a troll. He's asking if avg TC of $475k /yr (with huge potential upside) at 4.5 YOE is "good" for a fully remote position. Lol.
At what valuation are they giving those RSUs? 13B?

What was the on-site like?
They index heavily on behavioral, coding was practical not LC based, code quality mattered, sys design was challenging and also practical
