Hi! I have been working at Lam for over 2yrs now and I am up for a mid-cycle promotion. From my own research on compensation (indeed+Glassdoor+Blind) for PE4 150k seems to be the average base. Which comes out to be about a 20% hike on my current base.
Would they go that high? Also what other bonuses might be offered, if any?
This is my first promotion and I'm not sure what to expect. Any advice/inputs to negotiate a better offer are appreciated.
Current Level: PE3
Location: Fremont, CA
Base: 125k
RSU 10k/yr (3yrs)
Bonus: 10%
YOE: PhD +2yrs
Thanks
