I see a couple of openings for Alto Pharmacy. But not able to find much info about them. Any feedback about the pay, culture and future prospects?
don’t work there unless you’re in engineering. eng culture is good; team is close and has off-sites etc. ops was miserable when i was there

I can elaborate here. I’ve been at the company for ~2+ years so I’ve seen the changes (joined ~100 and we just broke 300). We scaled operations quickly, especially the support team in Denver. One can imagine the pain points there, it being our first rodeo, ie remote managing, insufficient processes, fast growth causing existing processes to break. With that said, we’ve made critical hires in the past year, especially in the last 6-9 months that have really began remedying some of these issues. New and experienced leaders across most teams (ie VP of Ops, VP of Fulfillment, VP of Strategy, VP of Eng, Head of Biz Ops and Expansion, and Director level roles that we long needed). Company wide manager training was rolled out. Dedicated training team was formed to help scale. This isn’t an exhaustive list. Is everything solved? No, there’s always room for improvement. Do I feel it’s on the right track? Yes, the progress so far is reassuring. Feel free to DM me for any other questions.
