My H1B transfer got approved but I realized something. The attorney had asked for all prior I-797 approvals. I had an offer rescinded earlier this year with approve H1B I797 and it did not cross my mind and I forgot to share with attorney.
This same company is going to file for I-140 and I-1485 green card for me after PERM. I am confused as to should I disclose now or disclose when its I-1485 time.
I read online and H1B transfer is a misnomer and I guess you do not need all prior approvals. I think approvals are to show you are maintaining status which I was since I have always worked for 1 employer on H1B. So even if I did disclose it would not have mattered anyway at least I think.
Any advice would be appreciated.
