Hello,
I see that Google early career (1-3) YOE app opened. What’s the difference between this one and early campus? I’m assuming early campus is just for new grads and early career is for industry hires?
Does anyone know if resume screening is just as bad for early career as it is for campus? And with strong performance, is it possible to get L4 at Google even with only 1 YOE?
Thanks so much in advance!

I have seen people with 3 year exp working as L3.
But if you exceed performance after joining they’ll easily promote you.
Contrary to Blind discourse, you can actually get L4 at Google if you're interviewing for these listings. You do need strong interview performance, and at least 1 YOE or an advanced degree (masters or higher), and overall you need enough experience on your resume that the hiring committee would be comfortable giving you an L4 offer. Otherwise just ready for L3.
