Strategies to boost TC by 20% / ~100k?

Want to make 20% more than I do now, for the next two years. Heading back to Asia in 2023 (yay!!!). Need that fat sign-on bonus and front-loaded equity. Experience is in C++ backend infrastructure, operating system, networking.
What are some good places to interview at or bounce between for 1 year each?

    Hmm..your options are quite limited as you will have to find a company that can either give you a massive raise in base / cash - unlikely. Companies are generally more flexible on RSU which you will only get for 1.x number of years now with first year cliff so think that way apply to companies that you think can help you get those numbers in that period of time
