Please explain how the RSU works on levels.fyi. Are the numbers vested over 4 years or is that the amount each year? #tc #rsu

      Oh no, not talking about postings that are still within the range for that company. Talking about the few outliers for the same level that pop up every now and then.

      I notice quite a few where they either forgot to enter their RSU/signing bonus entirely, or they are getting totally screwed.

  • It’s TC, so it’s only the amount vesting that year.

    Keep in mind some are inflated because of high stock appreciation over past few years and high sign on bonuses for new grads at lower levels.

  • It gets equalized over 4 years, you can calculate total grant by multiplying by 4. Even for frontloaded offers
