  Not rly. It's nearly impossible to get PIP-ed at some companies like Google. I guess I gotta rephrase my question. How is PIP culture at Plaid? Do they have any forced % they need to hit like Amazon?

There's no pip culture or % target. If you just genuinely suck at your job or don't do anything you will be outed pretty fast, though.
