Looking for pivot into MBB CapEx or Ops service line

Short version, looking for a referral to an EM or experienced hire recruiter at McK or BCG in the Capital Excellence or Operations service line within Canada/US, please.

Long story, I spent my career at the best energy utility company in Canada. For all its old fashion ways and endless moments pushing rope. I was working under some really progressive directors and VPs. Got tapped to be a strategic advisor to add more innovation for major infrastructure project selections. Then in the last few years got asked to bring in IoT into field and digitize anything and everything. I loved it. Now that all my mentors are retiring and I feel I made a positive sustainable impact. I'm ready to leave. Would love to shift into MBB without doing the MBA route first. Any feedback or suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks all. Got offered a role at BCG Ops in UK, but I don't want to uproot.
