    Worked here for 5 years. It's a great company, good management, and they encourage internal movement and promotions. Base Pay may be low for the first year, but the RSU grants layer together over time to make your total comp comparable to companies in the valley after year one.

      Can you give specific details on the pay? Also when you say comparable to other companies in the valley, do you mean Facebook, Amazon, Google? I believe not.

      As with most companies, it depends on the role your applying to. Workday doesn't have generic salary ranges, they have then by job function and level.

    I have heard from many of my friends there that the company is very employee friendly. No one has said anything bad about the company. I once applied and got an offer, but the total comp was very low. Not pay masters. I was getting around 140k at Oracle at that time and WD offered me just 150k.
