I am about to enter negotiations for a healthcare company as part of an incubator team under the technology arm of a healthcare company.

What are salary ranges for principal and higher?

Current TC : 180k
YOE: 10+

I left FAANG to work in healthcare.

    How do you like in healthcare after FAANG? I was in academia and recently moved to FB on a contract and not like the way i am treated. Thinking of going for healthcare fulltime positions.
