I understand if you saw massive comp boosts
but if you have mediocre comp and you’re just staying put because you don’t want to leetcode

Like I’ve had behavioral interviews where the video froze up the entire time so I couldn’t judge interviewers facial expression
wasn’t an issue on my side too, 1GB fiber internet and I prioritize my computer’s traffic
