Might be moving to a phone screen soon for the backend Core Services team. Does anyone here know if this is a good team to join? Also, Will the interviews be mostly Ruby based questions?

Hi - any tips on the interview process?
If it's a manager phone screen just use concrete examples to answer questions, not vague or hand-wavy stuff. If it's a technical phone screen it's similar to most companies, an easier algorithm question just to assess your knowledge of programming basics, then maybe diving in deeper on things and making changes. In both interviews just be yourself. Authenticity and transparency are highly sought after at Zendesk. We also have an unofficial "no assholes" policy.
Any ideas of how the take home assessment is judged truly like?
