Hi,
I am exploring zeta and went through multiple reviews on blind and glassdoor. I found the reviews to be mixed and extreme. Some say WLB is very bad while some say it's pretty good.
Some say the tech stack is wide, cutting edge while others curse. Overall, I observe a lot of variance in the reviews compared to other companies.
Can zeta people please comment on this post and share their views on WLB, work culture, tech problems/stack?

    Cause lot of it us highly team dependant. Tech stack is good but if you land in an obsolete sodexho team then you might not like it as they have old tech debt. WLB is medium to bad. Lot of work is what friends say. Work culture learnings are good. No pip or anything

    Last year I got offer from zeta Bangalore it was way less (30LPA, 6YOE) I got just double of that offer from Myntra same time. During interview in zeta the experience was not good SDEs were arrogant, Manager was talking about much work load. I heard after funding they started paying more, but still people would be same as before.
