Zeta interview exp + final offer

I'll be joining zeta for sde2 role backend. got offer of 30L base + 3L joining bonus + 3L 2nd year bonus + equity (50% of base) vested over 4 years. is this offer fine or i should've asked for more?

YOE: 2yrs.
current : 20L base + 20L worth amazon stocks.

providing the interview experience as recieving many request for the same:
so total 3 rounds were there. 1st one algo+dsa, 2nd - system design , 3rd discussion regarding past experience & work + discussion with eng director.
