Compensation is as follows: 28L(base) + 3L(1st year JB) + 3L(2nd year JB) + 1L (Relocation)
Stocks: 18920$ (vesting is like 10, 20, 30, 40 percent for subsequent four years).
Asked to reconsider base to 30L.

Oracle:
Sr. MTS
Asked to match with zeta compensation

Current CTC:
21lpa
Yoe: 3

Edit 1: Oracle didn't matched, said zeta would be better.
Edit 2: Got an offer from Piramal Fin. Tech. Tc-37lpa, but haven't received response from zeta on updation of offer.

    Seen bad things about oracle couple of day back in blind.
    Manager fired the person for political reason and not related to performance.
    Also wlb in Oci is having frequency same as Amazon.
    Kind of toxic culture
    Think it through before deciding.
