Zeta(Directi) offer evaluation

Just received an intent to offer from zeta for SDE-2 role with the following TC: 30L(fixed) + 1L(1st month) + 2L(13th Month)

Have asked them for 33-34L fixed. What's the pay band for SDE-2?

Current TC: 21.5L + 2.1L + 8.5L/4 = ~26L
YoE: 2.5

  • No stocks/RSU? Also are you SDE2 at flipkart? Current TC seems low for SDE2.

    Typical TC can go upto 50L (even higher but for 5-6 YOE). 30 base is above avg but can go a bit higher (32-33)

      Zeta doesn't have any stocks/RSU component.
      Also, not SDE-2 yet.
      I know 30 base is good, but there is no other component(just 1L bonus) in Zeta's offer
