What’s the best way to move from CPG brand management to tech? I’m currently in Brand Management at Nestle, but looking at making the move in about a year or two to tech.
I’ve looked at product marketing but also would like to know what other roles I should look for.
Also, what skills are transferable?

You don’t have to be full on technical but at least show an understanding of the industry and the different buyers/stakeholders etc. Nestle is a big name so I think you can probably tell a good story around it.
Going from product/marketing to similar in tech should be transferable and I've personally seen a lot of client side move into tech locally.
Demonstrate ownership of financials and as always have stories backed up with impact, numbers and results. Google shares a ton of knowledge about their hiring online and in books.
They might fit you into a role more suitable for your experience should they see fit.
