Zillow offer compensation ranges for P5 and P6?
I am in conversation with Zillow for Engineering position (ML). I see some data points on levels.fyi for P5 compensation. Are those accurate? Given that I have multiple competitive offers, should I expect them to go over 400K ? Also what should be my compensation expectations for P6? Thanks in advance for help ;)

ML specialist might be different, but for a normal P5 SWE no way you are getting 400K. Not even close.
Yes for ML eng you can beat 400k at P5. Try to push closer to 450/500k; doesn’t hurt to ask for more. That said my initial offer was good and negotiating didn’t change much (unlike other companies they didn’t lowball). Zillow has lost some good ML people recently since they’re changed focus to Zillow Offers and a bunch of ML people got reorged and quit as a result. But yeah I don’t know any P6 people.

What is the break down (base, rsu) for a 400k P5 offer?
You can try p5 400k+ with a competing offer. We are more competitive now. I’m not sure about the exact numbers but the market asks for that so ZG might go there as well. P6, I don’t know anyone hired as P6 honestly.
