Hi All, Got a call from zillow for software development manager role.What kind of compensation can I expect? Pls include estimations for joining bonus, rsu’s, salary, annual bonus. Appreciate your help on this. TC-260k 10 YOE

Initial phone interview, then onsite interview with Zillow dev managers. Covering coding, arch/design, mgmt, core values.

Can somebody pls break up compensation ranges for SDM- Base- ?? to ?? Annual bonus -?? To ??(%) Refresher RSU- ?? To ?? Initial equity-?? To ?? Joining bonus-?? To ?? Also, what’s the difference between M3 and M4? Appreciate your response on this. @zillow @ZG

Thanks for the input. 300k would include salary + annual bonus + refresher rsus...right? How about initial RSU and joining bonus?
Covers salary, sign on bonus and initial equity. 300 is a good mid point but could be lower or higher based on experience and how the interviews go. If you have multiple years mgmt experience, still a strong coder and do very well in the interviews your comp would obviously be higher.
