Contact a realtor for a free comparative market analysis. All of these estimates are prone to error and cannot adjust for interior levels of finish, or if your home is nearby something that can change the value (school across the street, high tension powerless, great view). People in the industry may use the Zestimate to get a ballpark idea but everyone is looking at comparable sales to determine value. Some states are non-disclosure states so only your realtor may have access to the sales. Good luck!
