    What about those people who want to add K8s in skill set but dont get to work on it. Will certificate help ?

    It’s not easy certification. You need write yaml from scratch by interpreting hands on problems.

  • Learning leads to certification. But cerification shouldn’t be the ultimate goal. So I would flip it around learning to certification.

    No certificate can substitute actual experience ! If not working on k8s daily you can set it up on a pi at home/ droplet etc. Google k8s the hard way - follow along . So far I find it as the best way to fully understand k8s. And probably then go in for a 300$ certificate for proof.
