Past Intel employees who joined Amazon AWS, do you like working there? Although the pay is significantly less, the wlb and good team tempts me to stay. Was recently approached by an Amazon recruiter and I'm not sure whether I should interview or stay. How has your experience been? Do you regret it? Asking specifically for SDE positions not managerial.
Edit: After leaving Intel, what company have you enjoyed working in?

Keep asking around !
If you are able to clear the Amazon loop, you probably will also be able to get offers from other equivalent and better companies.
So, get the offers, and then decide. At least Amazon offer will give you some edge in negotiations with others.
