Which field should I move to? Career Guidance needed

I am currently working as a Systems Engineer, doesn’t really like this work. Can anyone guide me on which field should I move to? Like Android, IOS Dev, Front End, Back End, ML/AI, Cloud etc.
Since I haven’t worked on any of these fields, it’s really difficult for me to choose the correct path. How do these fields compare wrt to WLB, growth, compensation, opportunities etc
I have 2 years of experience and I think that I can easily move to another field at this time of my career.

  • You never know unless you try. Spend some time on weekend projects to get a taste of things. Job wise you can move to stuff where it's easy to do.
    I know people who moved from QA to back-end and it's easier to do this switch in startups or in your existing team compared to switching to another role in new company.

    Compensation wise, I won't comment much. Will let others chime in.
