If you’ve interviewed during the pandemic, or were an interviewer, how do you dress/does the interviewee’s attire matter to you? I’ve been doing a few interviews, but since I’m WFH and it’s in the middle of the work day, I’m in a tee shirt and a hat. Does attire matter with WFH/zoom interviews? #
Dude, put on a button up and a blazer. It’s not hard and it makes a good impression, regardless if people say otherwise.
I’ve done every single one of my interviews (over 25) in the last few months wearing a button up, blazer, and boxers. Nobody knows.
All you need is a collard shirt button down. That simple. Not over dressed and not under
Pants, shoes optional
I wore a t shirt for all my interviews. No one gives a shit if you're a swe. Literally will make no difference. Better to be comfortable during an interview because as we all know they're grueling. Also id like to note of the 20 or so companies I interviewed with last year almost all my interviewers were just in t shirts too.
i’ve done 50+ zoom interviews. idgaf what they are wearing
Nice sweaters
Just don’t look like a slob
