Got some money, otherwise mostly a reset across the board (new vesting + retention). Decent deal, not life changing. TC TBD
Yup, this pretty much sums it up.
Are Zoox RSU's at a new valuation or are more RSU's being issued to existing employees ?
Reuters today said 72-76 cents per share. I remember seeing some blind posts last year that grants were assuming $10 future value. Yuck.
Lol bay the way how much do you make?
Anyone recently hired by Zoox after Amazon acquisition? Wondering how is the TC ?
I got a standard offer (with 11$ per share valuation) before the acquisition, but since I didn’t sign it, thr offer has been deferred until the deal closes. I’m also wondering how this offer will change given the new valuation
Did you get an update on the offer, tech102?

I’m guessing some lost money? If they had joined recently and had bought their options at the latest valuation? Zoox employees, did any of you lose money?
No. Only some very early employees had options. Everyone else including those hired recently had RSUs.
Oh that’s cool. So that means you all did make some money. I didn’t know private companies gave RSUs
