Currently valued at $3.6 which is the strike price. You can liquidate anytime and if the value is let say x dollar you will receive (x-3.6)*num_zars_liquidated. Got 120k sign on but over 2 years. Amazon stock is good. Base is good. Got 120k zars. Maybe some negotiation possible. And by the way, moving from 400k tc, I don't know. You would be gambling a lot

I’d say that’s an outstanding offer. Though the base salary is low for L5/L6. Which they’re making up by offering you really high sign on, Amazon, and zoox stock.
