Immigration Hawks will finally have an orgasm, after waiting so long. It will have zero actual positive impact in the lives of "savejobs USA", but they'll all feel great about it.
Within a few weeks court cases will be filed and the repeal will be blocked (similar to daca) and held up in courts. Will remain in limbo till post 2020 election like much else in this country.
Hope they have same intention and lawyers defending the removal, so h4 EAD survives too.
1) it's not an executive order - it's a regulation.
2) regulation needs to be signed by dhs secretary not trump. Again it's not an EO.
3) trump will sign this in a day (read 2).
Do you understand the difference between EO, Regulation and a memo?
