Hi Blinders,
First time homebuyer- My offer just got accepted and went into contract for a SFH in Union City , California.
I know that the clock has started ticking now and i have started to shop around for Mortage loan , i spoke to wells fargo who are offering 3% but i am sure there must be better rates out there in the current market.
I also heard that rate is not just the factor , we have to look into the how quickly they close and working style.
So just wanted to check with you folks if you have any recommendations!
Offer - $1.08 Mil , 20% down - Credit Score 780+

Only interest rate and time to close should be your factors to pick a lender.
