Got an offer from AWS for the cloud support engineer I role. How is the offer?
TC: 130k
Base: 103k Bonus: 24k/20k RSU: 21 units
YOE: 3
I gave them my desired comp (TC 130k - 100k/20k/10k-rsu) before interview. Should I still negotiate?
I’m also waiting for an update from MSFT which I interviewed 3 weeks ago! (Haven’t heard anything from them after interview)
Any suggestions are appreciated!

Update:
Reached out to MSFT, didn’t get the offer, but negotiated with Amazon

Use whatever leverage you can get. Remember TC is not the only bargain chip you have, you can use remote vs in-office and kind of benefits you get to bargain for higher TC and vice versa
They gave you exactly what you wanted, so why would they negotiate? Always let them make the first move and go from there.
