Twilio vs Datastax
I really dislike my team and what I'm working on now so would like to jump ship asap. I currently have 2 offers on the table Twilio L2 - 120k, 35k/year RSU, 20k sign on Datastax L3 - 130k, 18,000 stock options, 10% bonus DS don't know when they will IPO/be bought but probably in the next couple years. Also heard they are pretty diluted as is TC - 120 YOE - 2 Is it worth the lower TC for the stock options at datastax? Both positions are remote and currently live in a low col area

Datastax, you should be looking for upside potential. Twilio has had its heydays.
+1, Twilio used to be great but is meh now
Datastax is doing pretty well even if Cassandra is kinda old tech. Serverless is pretty innovative.
Datastax is not a good place to be at..they had layoffs in August and my longtime friend tells me more are coming
Stay away from Datastax. Horrible and toxic culture with a clueless management. The Datastax options are worthless.

You should consider which role is more interesting and which domain expertise better aligns with long term goals. As at 2YOE it should have higher priority then $35k/year of RSUs
You know, that's a really good answer and I appreciate the insight. The roles actually are completely different with one being a developer relations role and one being a product development role. I'll have to take a look at what I really want to do in a few years and weigh the options accordingly
