Got an offer from Amazon Devices for an L6. Moving from an SDM at Qualcomm.
Q's benefits are super nice vs AMZN's are not great. Extra $6K/year.
Q has salary hikes + bonus + RSU refresh every year + I can take at least 4 weeks of vacation.
For the AMZN offer, total comp around $295K for Year 1 and 2. After that RSUs start vesting 40%.
TC is less than QC but I am not so +ve on QC as they are stuck, unlike AMZN.
Planning to reject AMZN offer solely on the basis of total comp < QC. I don't see a point but it is a FAANG so still vetting.

Also with lesser TC don't consider Amazon, L6 TPMs don't get much so no point in pushing for more
