Amd is a bit better with stock appreciation but they don't give out a lot of stocks.
Nv and apple are like fangs in terms of comp for hw companies.
Other factors like wlb, kind of work, culture are team dependent and tbh one can't understand in the interviews because everyone presents a rosy picture, unless you have worked with some people in that team before.
But i would say going from Nv to intel or amd is perhaps easier compared to other way round.
They could really use some talent.
