Zume Seattle Interview process
I need some advice from people working for Zume in Operations/Program Management maybe in San Francisco/Seattle. Have an Interview for Operations Program Manager role for Zume in Seattle. Current TC : 85k YOE : 3 yrs MS degree, current role NPI Manufacturing Engineer Expected TC?
Will you have to demonstrate your pizza making skills? Or just your pizza - making - robot skills?

Valuation is rigged, the entire org is an absolute mess, the product team is definitely in disarray. We have hundreds of engineers who have no work to do because our biz model is totally wrong. Layoffs will happen within a year, the growth is absolutely unsustainable and unjustified. We have so many flaws from the top down that I promise it won't be worth your while.
