I would like to line up interviews in near future. Wondering what is a good strategy. Should I ask for referrals here on Blind or reach out to recruiters on Linkedin? I believe nowadays no one applies for a job position on the company website or Linkedin jobs or Glassdoor jobs etc. Is that correct?
Thank you and appreciate your input.

  • DM for Atlassian referral. Referrals definitely work here and I'll follow up on it if you don't hear back

IMO referrals are the most effective route, especially if itโ€™s from someone who can vouch for you. But if youโ€™re very qualified for the role, even just applying on the website works just fine.

Iโ€™ve applied to plenty of postings recently on company job board, LinkedIn or indeed. Have gotten a few interviews too with no referrals.
