Here's the base salary range for a senior SDE:
$112,000
$134,500
$156,500
$179,000
An sde2 would be about $95000 to $156,500
Cash signing is kinda low but can be negotiable.
RSU sign if you perform well in the Interviews but nowhere near the tier 1s.
Bonuses run about 12-22% target
Stock options or RSUs for merit as well.
coming from Amazon you will take a big hit financially.
Employee quality in engineering is mediocre but you will find some gems.
