Qualtrics VS Airbnb

I recently got offer from both Qualtrics and Airbnb.

Qualtrics: senior title, TC first year is around 350k

Airbnb: interviewing for senior also but downgraded to L4 offer, TC 326K

Qualtrics provides higher title and comp. The yearly refresh in Qualtrics is amazing which is avg 200k/4. Airbnb has big name, good WLB and great benefits.

Any suggestion on which one should I choose?#engineering
