Lionsgate Starz push forward on Return to Office

Lionsgate and STARZ are pushing forward with a mandated October return to office when almost all other Entertainment companies have delayed until at least January due to the scaling delta variant and breakthrough case numbers. Does anyone think this is responsible and that doing this now is the right time given the current climate?
