Amazon seems to have a new general hiring process which also team match at the end (guarantee to have offered if passed onsite, unlike Google previously)
Anyone has gone through this process, is it better or worse comparing with team hiring?

I’ve never gotten a candidate from them. And I have other SDM friends who had Pathfinder candidates “stolen” from them.
I just had a chat with “new” team inside Pathfinder that promises to NOT send leads I source into the general pool for other teams to make sell calls to. I’m skeptical, but my regular recruiters for L4 and L5 roles are useless, so I might have to take my chances.
Fortunately, my L6 recruiter team are badass. I wish they were my team for all my reqs.
