I am in the below situation.
Employer A filed my I-140 and it got approved in Oct 2015. After more than 3 years, I moved to employer B on Nov 2018 using the I-140 from Employer A and got h1b transfer approval for employer B.
Employer A Started the process for withdrawl of I-140.

Employer B is in process of filling Perm but it is in very early stage.
Can Employer B be able to use old Withdrawn I-140 for my upcoming H1B extension?

Thanks

If the I-140 isn't withdrawn in the first 6 months then they will not be able to withdraw afterwards

Additionally, unless your priority date becomes current in the next year or so, there is no advantage to you by applying for perm or i140 again.
Attorneys push for it for obvious reasons.

  • I don’t think employer A can withdraw the I-140 anymore...

Since it’s already 3 years from the time of approved i140 with employer A, they won’t be able to revoke. Only duration is any employer can withdraw approved i140 within 180 days only, not after that
Employer B can use the previous i140 to retain previous priority date

    All the very best
