I need help, please! I'm working as a Senior IT Auditor, and I do not love it. I don't even like it, but it pays the bills. $110k TC, not including performance-based bonus. I'd like to transition to a tech career without losing TC. I'm currently thinking about becoming an IT Recruiter but don't know how to even start or what the compensation would be like. Any suggestions, please?

If youโre just doing audit/compliance paper work it can be soul draining, maybe look for a role that has more technical scope along with the IT auditing, or maybe try IT project management
