If you are talking about level, LinkedIn VP would be kinda like GM at microsoft(mini cvp). In terms of pay it is much higher, greater than l70 but less than l80. A senior VP at li would have about the same org size and scope as a msft cvp

A VP or SVP at LinkedIn is definitely not on par w/ MS VP. ‘Super High Level’. Careful. They may want results instead of coasting yr over yr like the rest of LI mid-mgmt

^Not sure what Microsoft is referring to. VP is a super high level. They’re generally 1 level below C-Suite. There’s only 1 VP of Data for example.
